I just tried a WaveLAN Turbo Bronze in an H3650 with the PCMCIA sleeve,
running Familiar 0.4. There were no problems with card detection. Same
story with a CF ethernet card.
I tried to upgrade to the latest (well, yesterday's) HH CVS kernel to
see if I could elicit some sort of failure, but this is starting to
consume a lot of time. (The new kernel requires the "1985" JFFS2 format,
which I've generated from the Familiar base-src tarball. Unfortunately,
my machine appears to stop doing anything useful after execve'ing
/linuxrc. I regret that I just don't have enough time this week to sort
through what's going on here. If someone wants to tell me what dumb
thing I've forgotten, I'll be happy to return to this PCMCIA problem.)
