[iPAQ] announce: icewm for iPAQ

Hi,

I have compiled and set up icewm for iPAQ.

Features:
- About the same size as blackbox
- Keyboard grabbing (no need for the large bbkeys)
- Start menu, which is accessible from the toolbar, not from the
  desktop
- Window-list, clock and CPU-meter on the toolbar
- Virtual desktops
- Well-configurable behaviour

Known bugs:
- You need to load the provided xmodmap (Configuration/Reload
  xmodmap), because somehow it is not working if you load it from
  the /etc/init.d/x script, you need to switch off the keyboard
  repeat (Configuration/Disable keyboard repeat) and restart icewm
  (Logout/Restart icewm) to work with the mapped buttons.
