[iPAQ] Visor d/b to iPAQ conversion

Apologies for being a newbie....I'd like to convert my name and address
database from my Handspring Visor to my iPAQ PocketPC which runs on
WindowsCE, and syncs to Outlook. ANy hel pgratefully received. Thanks.
