As far as timing is concerned, sa1100-bitsy in the handhelds.org tree should
be identical to Nicolas's code.
I've been working on extension pack hot-swap support (including configuring
one or two sockets as they appear and disappear). I've tried to do this in
a way that it behavior is unchanged unless you load the sleeve driver, etc.,
until it is stable enough for other testers.

My tree is certainly not current at the moment as iPAQ support is concerned.
