I decided to take the plunge this weekend and I installed linux on my
Ipaq. Everything seems to have gone fine, but I can't seem to get the
Ipaq to wake up after I put it to sleep. I tell it to goto sleep with
echo >/proc/sys/pm/suspend and it does,(at least it seems to) then I
try pushing the power button twice, like it says to at
www.handhelds.org:8080/wiki/DeepSleepNow , but nothing happens. The only
way I can get it to boot back up is by hitting the reset button at the
bottom of the Ipaq, but that takes forever, and I loose everything I
stored on it. I also tried the sleep menu in blackbox but I assume that
is the same thing, because the same thing happens. BTW I am using
familiar v0.4 and bootldr-0000-2.11.2.
am I using the wrong boot loader? or did I mess up some where along the
way? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sam Williams
