[iPAQ] Why do UDC use a INTERRUPT transfer for Endpoint 2 ?

Hello

The SA1110 only support Control and Bulk transfer.
In usb_ctl.c which is UDC driver of iPaq3600, 
Endpoint 2 is set to the INTERRUPT transfer type.
Why do Endpoint 2 use the INTERRUPT transfer instead of BULK transfer?
I can't understand it!!!
