[iPAQ] familiar - cursor in terminal?

Hello,

I just flashed my IPAQ with the new Familiar v0.3 a few days ago and now
I've got a problem in rxvt (actually in any terminal program, e. g. minicom)
with the cursor keys. I always get those ^[[A symbols - also with the
synthesized events from xvkbd. It worked fine with the previous Familiar version, and
the jffs version of v0.3 (as far as I remember...).

Does anyone know, how to solve this problem?
