I've updated my iPAQ to Familiar v0.3 from v0.2 and now have the problem
that trying to start ppp from my workstation to the iPAQ results in this
failure message:
LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
Connection terminated.
ppp used to work before I upgraded from v0.2 to v0.3. I had no major
configuration changes on the v0.2 install and deleted the old "flash
backup" file so as to start from a clean slate with v0.3.
I *can* log into the iPAQ with minicom, so I know its alive and
responding. logging in as the 'ppp' user starts pppd on the iPAQ.
I don't find many references to the above error on search engines of
those I do, there's no satisfactory resolution.
Any ideas?
