[iPAQ] native toolchain

Ok, I tried the compilation of the toolchain (for native development).. and it isn't as easy as I thought it would be (i.e. it didn't work). I don't supposed theres a .gz of it all on the skiffs or ftp.handhelds.org anywhere?
