[iPAQ] Problem getting V0.15 filesystems onto iPaq

Hi,

I loaded the new 2.9.5 bootloader onto my iPAQ with the older bootloader
via 'load bootldr' and hyperterminal. I then started up the new bootldr
and "flashed" the V0.15 kernel and init-40-cramfs. All that went
fine. I then started to download the root-40-cramfs. It started ok and
next time I looked, just "$$$$" of the bootldr were on the screen.
The iPAQ was essentially "dead" - I had to power-cycle to get back to
the boot> prompt. I then switched over no-flow-control with hyperterminal
and tried again. Same thing happened after a minute or so - the packet
count stops, no errors or retries, and eventually the download window
goes away. I tried yet again, and this time it worked ok.
However, I've tried loading the usr-40-cramfs 4 or 5 times now
with no luck, with and without flow control. Hyperterminal worked
fine on my initial "installation" when I had no luck at all with minicom.

Any ideas?
