[iPAQ] moving map...

Okay, so I don't have a moving map yet, but I *do* have a moving
cross-hairs on a stationary map. Now if only a7r && edwardam had
familiar 0.03 out, I could load this software onto my iPAQ and take it
for a spin.

But there's no pressure....
