Without knowing exactly what images you are trying to load up, it sounds
like a mismatch between kernel image and init image. Double check that
you haven't mixed images between the v19 and v20 sets. The v20 sets use
the full 2.4.0 kernel release (v19 was still using the test releases).
It is generally best to just grab the latest file sets from whatever
directory (current or stable).
