I might be wrong but I suspect this is a bug in the iPaq framebuffer
driver. By pressing the power button the driver gets an event for going
to sleep and almost immediately after that an event for waking up again.
On wakeup I suspect it has lost track of the fact that X is running and
displays the cursor again. The fix should be simple.
