[iPAQ] Wallpaper for blackbox

If you run xview with -onroot and either -fullscreen, -center or -at
parameters, you get Wallpaper. I have it set up in my menu to change the
background image now (Tux, Klingon Logo, Tricorder and my kids).

Now to work on themes (the right style to go with an image)...

I guess my earlier post went into the bit bucket.
