Hello!

I would like to announce that the pimPAQ project is on the
handhelds cvs, anybody, who is interested in it can checkout it:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.handhelds.org:/cvs/pimpaq login

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.handhelds.org:/cvs/pimpaq co pimpaq

project homepage: http://handhelds.org/SourceForge/projects/pimpaq

The project is in the design phase, but I think the design phase will be
finished, when I finish the Todo application.

Any design idea, coding idea is appreciated.

Some words about the project:

It is a pim application suite for (primarily) the Compaq iPAQ
handhelds computer, but it can run on any handheld, which has enough
resource for it.

It is primarily written in perl, can use any DBI data source for
application data, and the graphical interface is designed with glade,
and loaded on demand with the Gtk::GladeXML module. It is currently run
on the desktop, I have not tried it on the handheld yet.

Please help, if you know how to solve the following issues:
- I don't know how to free the Gtk::GladeXML object and the created Gtk
widgets, and the connected signals with this.
- I don't know how to clone one designed window, and how to assign
different _objects_ (not packages!) to it.
- I don't know how to assign signals to _objects_, not packages. I have
done it with a workaround, but more clear solution is welcome...
