Actually all you need is to do something like this:

echo ".mp3-->madplay" > ~/.sfm

and restart sfm. All should be well.

(Also note that the keypad is actually the best way to navigate).

Oh yeah. I was having a great time last night, kicked back in my recliner,
scrolling around the directories on my iPaq with the joypad. I have been
wanting a good file manager since October. Thanks again.
