RE: [iPAQ] how to build a native gcc for armv4l ?Hi, GN, Where can I get the source packages? I can't find them in FTP.GNU.ORG.
Thank you for your HOWTO.
DChen.
There have been a couple of postings with questions in this area, so I threw together my notes and dim recollections building the toolchain, and tried to make it acceptable for public consumption. I suppose it may be appropriate for wiki if I get to cleaning it up more. But in lieu of that, I will just spam everyone with it. Hope it helps more than it hurts :)

Subject: [iPAQ] how to build a native gcc for armv4l ?
hi,
does anybody know where to get the sources (and maybe a recipe how)
to build a gcc under i686-linux to run it natively on the
(iPAQ-H3630)-armv4l or even better, if there is a precompiled
binary (and libs, if necessary) ?
Please send the answer directly to my mail address, too.
thanks,
Heiko
