This is the goal of my Welly bootloader. I think I've finally worked
out the little code issues I need to work out. And I spit on the
Microsoft embedded tools, for there is no inline assembler for ARM....
Hopefully by the end of next week I'll have something that works
(I have prior engagements that I must tend to...).
