There is a timing problem with minicom and the bootldr program. You need to
start your download, then stop the download. Get a "boot>" prompt, the type
Ctrl-A, Z, S, select xmodem, <cr>, <cr>. This should fix your problem.

Yes you have the correct location. It works for me.
