[iPAQ] Still having problems installing v0.12

Hi,

I am trying to install v0.12 using a Linux PC and minicom.

I get to step 12 and use the command "load bootldr". I then download my file
(bootldr-000-2.8.4) using xmodem. (I have checked the md5sum of the file and
it is correct). The file downloads OK, however the iPaq doesn't respond. If
I press enter - I get the "boot>" prompt.

Occasionally after downloading the file I get a prompt of "t>"

Never has it come close to saying "verifying... done".

I have tried to download the v13 bootloader, but the file currently doesn't
download from ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/compaq/ipaq/development or
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/compaq/ipaq/v0.13

Is this the correct location ??

(Please note that I don't want to install v0.13 in it entirety).

Any hints or suggestions on how to get to step 13 would be much appreciated.
