[iPAQ] problems starting up

So, I managed to get the 0.13 release installed on the ipaq and had it
running. ( very easy, btw. ) Now, I've shut it off once and when I
turned it back on, nothing happens. The little light flashes green for
a while, then turns orange and it just sits. There's nothing on the
serial port as near as I can tell. I'm afraid that it's been damaged
beyond recovery. :(
