I've also noticed that if I somehow squeeze the end where the battery cover
is, and tighten that torx bolt a *little* more, it seems to hold shightly
better.

As for the dust thing, well, I tore my iPAQ down to the lcd, took some
canned air, and blew the dust out. I'm now thinking about taking some plastic
masking used in airbrush work to seal the ends and conver the screen (the
adhesive on this masking is strong enough to hold, but easy enough to remove)

Now the stylus...that's going to require a little more thought on my part.
I know how to get it to unstick reliably, but I need to covert it to a
permanent solution (once again, squeeze upper right corner...probably a small
foam pad might work.)
