[iPAQ] IPAQ issues

Hello. I was updating my IPAQ over the weekend for the DST fix. I had to
install few updates first before installing the DST fix. I was successful
with the major 20 minute ROM? update, but it got hung during this hx4700
MISC XIP_ENG update. I now have a paperweight. Is there anything I can do to
re-install windows on it?
