[iPAQ] Ipaq 3760 reflashing

I tried to reflash my ipaq 3760 to put "french" environment. I follow all instruction, but when it was flashing, I received on my computer a message as "an error occur" and everything stop. Then I saw that my iPaq is now dead... Completly dead. I can't reset nor complete reset. Is it good for garbage now.
