[iPAQ] Clinton Public Schools

I have an ipaq which syncs to two different computers, I have downloaded
all of the DST updates and applied them to all components. One the ipaq
and one computer I can get all of the appts correct, but on the second
machine everything is off. Also when I sync to this computer the time
changes ahead one hour on the ipaq but not on the computer.

Hope you have a resolution for me
