[iPAQ] HyperTerminal connection problems

Hi,

I have an IPAQ 3660, with the 2.21.12 bootloader loaded, sitting in a USB
cradle.

I've set up hyperterminal as per instructions 115200/8-N-1 flow
control-None, and get no boot> prompt.
Am I going to have to get a serial cable?
