[iPAQ] Failure to back up Win CE on a iPAQ rx3700

Hi,

I am attempting to back up Win CE on an iPAQ rx3700 and have encountered
flash failure errors.

I have installed BootBlaster_1.18.exe and bootldr-2.18.01.bin on the iPAQ
using ActiveSync

I copied the saved_bootldr.bin, saved_bootldr.gz and wince_image.gz from the
iPAQ to my desktop.

I then attemped to program the bootloader with the bootldr-2.18.01.bin file
and encountered the following error messages

BootBlaster Error

erase_flash_unlock status -> 0xd0

BootBlaster Low Level Error

error: from

C:\Working\BootBlaster\FlashUtils.c pp:968

BootBlaster Error

program_flash cleanup unlock status -> 0xd0

BootBlater Error

protect_wince_region lock status -> 0x1

BootBlaster Error
Bad return protecting the bootloader sector: -1

BootBlaster

Your flash is in an unrecognised state

I have attempted this on several occassions with the same result each time.

I have also attempted to program the saved_bootldr.bin and have received the
following error message

BootBlaster Error

..\saved_bootldr.bin is not a valid bootloader image.

Could you please, please help me recover my IPAQ. I have left it powered up
and have not reset it.
