[iPAQ] Error trying to restore wince using cf card method

I'm getting an error when trying to restore my wince to my h3850. I get
md5sum file is corrupt??

I've tried to create the md5file using md5sum.exe, digestIT 2004, and MD5
for Win32.

I want to go back to wince because my power button won't shut the unit off.
I have verified in the button mapping that it's set to suspend, the only
option that makes sense, but it does nothing.
