I have the same "problem" with my h3670. I exchanged the battery from an
h3130 (same P/N) and the same thing happens when I unplug it from the
adapter (or the usb). I bought my h3670 "as is" too. The problem we both
seem to have is likely in the charging circuitry.
In my case: "as is" = "tied to a desk".
