I'm not sure that I understand what your problem is with the wiki. OK, so some
parts are out of date and the structure could be improved - suggestions (and
even help) would be welcome.

Is it (a) the actual contents, (b) finding it, or (c) do you just hate wikis
in general?

We do want them to get "the information", but perhaps we don't always know
what "the information" actually is. What do you want to know exactly?
