[iPAQ] img_size too large

Hi,

Please help!

 When restoring my h3950 ipaq I getting "img_size too large". I don't have my own image so I use the one found in http://handhelds.org/download/feeds/wince/ Tried both h3600_image.gz and wince_3600_image.gz

Do I have to do anything special with that image?
What is wrong?

I really need your help, I'm running out of ideas...
