Look at ftp.handhelds.org for the wince feed...

But: How long does your battery last?
The reason I ask is that if the battery gets worn out the voltage starts
to fluctuate heavily. If this is this case the voltage regulators often
cannot compensate this anymore. The logic survives small glitches but
your touchscreen is an analog thing and will not tolerate voltage
fluctuations.

So, you should prepare to find the same problem with WinCE and to buy a
new battery...
