[iPAQ] restored iPAQ does hard reset instead of soft reset

Hi.

I've just restored PocketPC OS on my iPAQ H3630 and now, when
performing a soft reset, it does a hard reset instead. My current
loader is "ARM Bootloader Rev 2.21.12" and operating system is
PocketPC 2002.

I'm in front of the Part II of your guide at
http://handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RestoringPocketPc and you say "DO
NOT restore the boot loader until you have verified PocketPC works
correctly!" So I'd like to ask you if you can help me with my problem.
I'd like to know whether restoring the original boot loader is safe
and whether it will solve my problem; if not, how I should solve it.
