[iPAQ] failed wince restore

I used the file on the downloads called h3100.gz and tried many, many
things - nothing restores a working wince on the h3135.

It appears that HP support REFUSES to help.

Based on the research, this is a very common problem.

Please tell me where to obtain a good image for the H3135 or tell me how
to extract it from the Ipaq update file. (SP16987.exe file from HP). I
have a hex editor and hopefully you can tell me where to start in the
file to make a in.
