[iPAQ] h3100 restore to WINCE fails

Somehow I lost the saved image when I loaded the bootloader for a h3135.

I downloaded the h3100_image.gz from the ftp site and loaded with
hyperterminal send and the with copy from the CF. Both fail with
Disabling the LCD, 646C7464, etc.

HELP!!
