[iPAQ] specs for hx2000 series?

Hello,

Does anybody have a link to the specs of the hx2000 series? I can't
seem to find info on what chips are used, except for the CPU (PXA270).
Since it has a fingerprint scanner I expect it to use a SHAMCOP-like
asic (h5xxx, h2xxx) and the acx wlan like the other new ipaqs. I
created a wiki page for them so people can see the status of the (not
yet started) port.
