[iPAQ] Windows UNIX cr/lf confusions

Hi there, just put WinCE back on my ipaq 3765 just to make sure I could do
it correctly via the compactflash restore. At first it did not work after
"Press action button to flash" i got "could not access root#*# " or some
such. I immediatly went ah! I wrote the reflash.ctl in windows, so the
line did not end in line feed, but windows carriage return/ line feed.
Downloaded EditPad Pro and made all the lines in reflash.ctl and md5sums
"UNIX only (LF)", put them on the flash card, rebooted, and it works now.

The reason for this e-mail, is I think it might be helpful to people who are
not used to dealing w/ windows vs unix style text files to include a mention
of this in the compactflash install and restore pages so they are aware that
writing them in windows could result in errors. PS the draft of the restore
page looks pretty good to me.
