[iPAQ] libc6 problem

i was trying to install some packages that depend on libc6, but it says:

ERROR: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for libncurses5:
          libc6 (>= 2.2.5-13)

(i've checked, that i have installed version 2.3.2-fam2)
however i downloaded libc6 package from ipkgfind, but i can't install it...this
is how i do it:

/mnt/ramfs/home/cube # ipkg install libc6_2.3.2-fam4_ipaqpxa.ipk -o .
Cannot find package libc6.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update'

it would be nice if someone could help me....i can't install any thing else
right now :-(
