[iPAQ] newbie's questions

i've just installed Familliar 0.7.2 on h3850 and i have a few problems with it..

1)I finally managed to get the usbnet to work (under winxp), but the driver is a
bit unstable, especially it seems to hang when i turn it on together with my
inet connection :-/ do u know about any other driver for this?

2)Is there a way to replace the Desktop just with some image?

3)when I type ipkg --help | more then the more command is just ignored...it's
not a big problem, but it would be nice to know what to do with it :-)
