[iPAQ] development release v0.13

In the new release:

I have added source tar.gz files of the cramfs files, these files have 'src'
in the file name.

The kernel has been updated to Linux-2.4.0-test6-rmk5-np2-hh1.

The boot loader has been integrated into the osloader.exe program to make
new installations easier.

We have successfully saved PocketPC (WinCE) on an iPAQ H3600, loaded Linux
and restored PocketPC. This has only been done by three (3) different people
on three (3) different iPAQs. I expect this feature to be stable in v0.14.
There are still are some additional features which I am adding to the save /
restore process. These features, such as a 32 bit CRC, will make the save /
restore process even safer. For those of you that are impatient, I have
included instructions for saving PocketPC from flash in the 'install.html'
file in the v0.13 directory, I will not be releasing the restore
instructions until a CRC value has been added to the saved bits. DO NOT
RELY ON THIS PROCESS UNTIL THE CODE IS COMPLETED AND EXTENSIVELY TESTED. YOU
HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Many other items that I have certainly forgotten.
