Unfortunately the Asset Viewer misidentifies 28F640J3A (64 Mbit part) as
28F128J3A (128 Mbit part). Although it will say it has 16MB of ROM (Flash), I
believe I've seen one of the 32MB units display that it contained 16MB.
So, I don't believe WinCE helps much in the ID.

I'm going to be sending a patch to CRL with some code in the CELoader/osloader
so that it will identify and display the flash part found in the device.
