[iPAQ] CF sleeve source and CF questions

Hello All,

Who has the CF sleeves in stock? All the sites I have checked have them on
back-order.

What is the difference between CF and ATA CF? It seems that ATA is dual
voltage (3.3v and 5v). It costs more too, but comes in larger sizes (up to
128mb), What CF memory does the iPaq take?
