[iPAQ] iPAQ X Server "emulator"

Hello iPAQ developers!

I've been working on trying to get imlib1 working with the 12-bit display of
the iPAQ.

To make testing easier, I have "massaged" the fb driver in the XFree kdrive
to "emulate" the visual display hardware on the iPAQ, since I am still a tad
leery of flashing my iPAQ (and I lack a serial cradle...). That, and working
with a completely native system is simpler (for me).

It's a 3 line patch against XFree 4.0.1b, but it will work against the XFree
tree in the handhelds.org CVS.

Downside is that it hasn't been tested off a 16 bpp framebuffer. It works on
my laptop's Virge, but I haven't tried my MGA card yet. So, YMMV (but fbset
can be your friend...)

If anyone wants the patch, drop me a line.

Also, on the imlib front. I've identified what needs to be fixed, I have some
code sitting around to fix it, I just haven't implemented the ditherer yet...
...that, and the fix is a pure hack (of course, IMNSHO, most of the regular
imlib is a great ugly hack...but I digress).
