Although the specs of Itsy and the iPAQ H3600 are similar, the iPAQ is not
really based on the Itsy design.
As far as I know, noone outside of the Itsy team has built an Itsy. Some of
the components used in Itsy are not available (the LCD, at least), so it's
not just a question of cost.
