[iPAQ] problems with installing linux bootldr on iPAQ 2210

I have some problems when installing bootldr on my iPAQ 2210. I hope
that someone will be able to help me.

Following the different HOWTOs found on the net, I tried first of all to
use the BootBlaster 1.18 as mostly recommended but unfortunately I can't
launch the program (it leaves immediately). I tried older version of
BottBlaster and found that the 1.11 version is the most recent which
works on my iPAQ.

I have to say I had tried BootBlaster 3900 before that also works but,
on my mind, I think it is used more probably for the 3900 series.

When I select the Verify Option, I have the strange message "Your flash
is in an unrecognized state."

And when I tried to program to install a new bootloader (for example the
2.18.01 or 2.18.52 versions as recommended) I have the "Programming
Flash" prompt which freezes and nothing happens. Fortunately, I always
can reboot my pocket pc without to have transformed it in a brick.

If somebody has good suggestions to help me to go on with this
installation, I will be very, very happy...
