[iPAQ] familiar install on h55xx pending

Hi!

I've bought an h55xx device 2 weeks ago and since then I'm waiting to get
access to install instructions but handhelds.org and now still
familiar.handhelds.org and the Wiki is down...

I did some winCE backups with bootblaster, have downloaded the newest
familiar0.8.0pre files, but I don't know (dare?) how to proceed...

how do I get the new bootldr installed above winCE? could please someone post
the 5 lines of install procedure for the new but adventurous? :)
