[iPAQ] WIN Restauration on a 3870

Hallo i need some urgent help,
i got a 3870 and it had linux as operating system, i could not work with it so i tried to change back to wince with the h3870 image.gz and it worked only partly. The problem is the language, because the h3870 image delivered on the download area is english and my ipaq is not working correct with this.
Than i asked a friend to make me a image of his also german ipaq 3870 with the bootblaster, now i tried to transfer the file to my ipaq and the problem is the included CRC. After the ipaq tries to unzipp the file it starts to check the image and than it tells me that the file is corrupt because of the wrong crc, says sorry and does not continue with the restauration.
i use bootloader 2.20.3 and after unzipping the file it always shows CCBBBA4202B9B76E8D61865279A94C956200CE921F bytes loaded to C 0000400and after checking it says :
calc crc 32 is 0x14FDFDEF read crc is 0xA35FF9D0 and than i can start again with no result. I also asked for a new image than and again the same problem.
How can i get and install the wince file in german language or how can i get the image to install with the bootloader into my ipaq 3870 to get it work again and than to do the regular updates from HP ipaq website.

If you write an answer and this does contain some Linux based info or other linux things, please very easy, because i have nearly no idea about Linux (that is the reason about changing the ipaq back to windows)
Unfortunately the ipaq was on linux when i bought it used from a Opel Car dealer sales and there is no backup with the ipaq itself, because Opel changed all the ipaq's to linux from delivery to the dealers (i was told)

Is it possible to change the image (CRC) that it will work or do i have to get another image somewhere
