  Hi Wanda,

  I had similar problems with my h5550, using a linux box to install
everything. You have to check your hyperterminal settings, I got them
wrong on minicom and this was the issue. Use 115200 bauds, 8N1, and no
init chain.
  Then as you already did, hold down the joypad, reset, and release both
when it buzz. Your screen with not change, and will be inactive, but the
bootloader prompt should appear on the terminal console when you'll put
the ipaq in the cradle.
