[iPAQ] Compaq CRL Information Request

I noted on your website that if an iPaq becomes unstable during a bad flash that Cambridge Research Labs is able to restore the unit. Who would I be able to contact there to resolve a unit with a bad flash? I noted this information is not available on your site.

I contacted HP/Compaq after sending in the unit, and the tech is telling me they want to replace the motherboard and battery ($240!). So I am going to persue other means for repair because a complete hardware replacement is just a wast, when it can be re-flashed.
