[iPAQ] PocketPC: 3970 Convert Linux to window

Dear sir/madam,

I have a pocket PC model 3970 which was converted to linux platform. I
would like to convert it back to window. However, maybe I don't
understand the steps listed in the website 'iPAQ PocketPC (WinCE)
Restoration' and hence I can't follow them. Would you mind teach me
the particular steps to convert it for my PDA?

My pocketPC has bootlorder 2.21.12 installed but I cannot enter the
bootloader mode? And I can't make Actionsync between my computer and
my pda?
